Session 1: All Female and Male Up to 75 KG

7 AM Weigh-in
9 AM Lifting Begins

Session 2: Male 82.5 KG - 140+ KG

12 PM Weigh-in
2 PM Lifting Begins

No qualifying total or prior USA Powerlifting event is required.

 

One-piece lifting suits are mandatory for any contestant who enters. All equipment must meet the standards laid out in the USA Powerlifting bylaws: http://www.usapowerlifting.com/rules-bylaws/

State Records can be broken at this event!

General Admission: $5 - All to be sold at the door the day of the event.
