All Divisions - $120

Second Division - $40

Location:(NEW) NEPA Crossfit, 178 Courtright Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA

Entry Deadline: Dec. 15th

Out of state lifters welcomed.

Awards

Open - Top 3 per weight class
Masters - Top 3 per weight class
Push/pull - Top 3 by IPF Age Formula
Bench Press - Top 3 per weight class
Deadlift - Top 3 by IPF Age Formula

Gold, Silver, and Bronze will all be 4 " medals.

9 AM Lifting Begins

No qualifying total or prior USA Powerlifting event is required.

 

One-piece lifting suits are mandatory for any contestant who enters. All equipment must meet the standards laid out in the USA Powerlifting bylaws: http://www.usapowerlifting.com/rules-bylaws/
