This is a dual Powerlifting event. Bench Press and Deadlift event.
No qualifying total is required. |

| Directions: |
Form the NORTH;
Travel south on Route 83 towards York, PA.
Take the LEADER HEIGHTS Exit. (Exit 14).
At the top of the exit, turn LEFT.
Travel 1.2 miles to the next light. This
will be Route 74 (South Queen Street.). Turn
RIGHT. You will travel through several
lights. Follow 74 South for 3.7 miles. You
will make a RIGHT at the light at Country
Club Road. At the STOP Sign, turn RIGHT.
Then you will turn LEFT into the Shopping
Plaza. Go all the way to the rear to the
Sportplex.
From the SOUTH;
Travel north on Route 83 into PA, towards
York. Take the LEADER HEIGHTS Exit. (Exit
14). Follow the directions above.
From the WEST;
Travel east on the PA TURNPIKE. Exit at the
FIRST Harrisburg Exit. (Harrisburg West Exit).
Take 83 South and follow the above
directions.
From the EAST;
Travel west on the PA TURNPIKE. Exit at the
second Harrisburg Exit. (Harrisburg West
Exit.) Take 83 South and follow the
above directions. |
