I've decided based on turnout and depth of competition, that I will be awarding the top 5 lifters instead of the top 3. I am still deciding on the fourth and fifth places awards, but the top 3 medals will be custom 4 inch wide medals.

This Event

We have created this event, to be an annual event for anyone who is interested in making that next step, with aspirations of lifting at the USA Powerlifting High School National Championships. Any High School athlete is welcomed, regardless of where you live in the USA.

We will have National and International judges there, along with ER racks used at all major USAPL National Championship Events. As in all USA Powerlifting competitions we will be drug testing at least 10% of lifters for any performance enhancing drugs.

Our Future

We are working on building a core of teams both at a High School level to bring the NE USA Powerlifting back to life. We plan to not only have many top HS Teams in the East Coast, but bring those teams to National Championships to compete.

One of my major goals as a meet director is to again host HS National Championships in the state of Pennsylvania. This is just the start!
