7:00-8:00 am Weigh-Ins/Equipment Check
8:15 am Rules Clinic
10:00 am Lifting Begins

*All State & American Record hopefuls must weigh-in in the day of lifting!
Eligibility:
Lifters must be registered with the USAPL and must be drug free by the
definition of the USAPL. At least 10% of the lifters will be drug
tested. USAPL cards will be available at the meet.
